Everything you need to know before you arrive

Our parking lot is located on property and can be accessed from California Blvd or Monterey Street. Parking is complimentary for all guests with a parking pass provided. Limit one parking spot per room.

Our office is open from 6am to 11pm. If you plan to arrive after 11pm, please give our office a call on the day of your arrival. If you need assistance outside of these hours while you’re staying with us, we have on-call personnel for urgent needs available for onsite guests.

Check in begins each day at 3pm. We would be happy to check on the status of your room on the day of your arrival. Please give our office a call on the day of check-in to let us know your estimated time of arrival. We will do our best to get you in early!

We are located just a ½ mile from the center of Downtown San Luis Obispo. Just outside the hustle and bustle, but close enough to take a stroll (or short drive) to plenty of restaurants, shopping and historic sights.

We do! Included with all guests stays is our full breakfast each morning from 8am to 10am, and an aperitif hour each evening from 5pm to 6pm. In addition, we have an onsite restaurant, Condesa, open from 4pm to 11pm daily. Our Petite Lounge Bar, located in the hotel lobby, is a guests only lounge that offers cocktails, beer, wine and nonalcoholic beverages all day until 11pm.

We do not offer cribs or rollaway beds.

We would be happy to host your furry friends. We allow up to 2 dogs (max. 65lbs) per room. A $40 pet fee will apply per pet. A pet-friendly room must be booked to avoid an extra cleaning fee. Give us a call to make sure your dates are open for you and your pup! Dogs are the only pets we accept.

All charges for our Flexible Rates will be charged on the day of your arrival. A $200 incidentals hold will also be placed on the card. Any further room charges (from the Petite Lounge Bar or Condesa Restaurant) will be settled at the end of your stay. If you choose our Non-Refundable discounted rate for your stay, the full room rate and tax will be charged 24-hours after booking. 

Regretfully, our rooms are not equipped with refrigerators or microwaves. We have small beverage refrigerators in each room, stocked with drinks for your enjoyment. We kindly ask that they are not to be used for personal items.

We accommodate guests of all ages, however our environment is decidedly adult oriented.
