Petit Soleil Hotel Policies

Pet Policy

Dogs are the only pets accepted at Petit Soleil. Pet friendly rooms are subject to availability. The hotel must be notified of your pet before arrival to the property. Pet stays will require a $40 charge per pet (maximum 2 pets, 65lb weight limit each) for the extra cleaning required. Dogs must be kept on leash in public areas and should not be left alone in the room at any time. Failure to comply with any of our pet policies can result in a $200 fee per incident.

Parking Policies

Petit Soleil provides one parking spot per guest in our permitted parking lot. One parking permit will be distributed per room and must be displayed on the dashboard of your car. Additional parking can be found on Monterey Street or Higuera Street

Smoking Policies

Petit Soleil is a smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the rooms or on patios. Smoking inside could result in a damage assessment of up to $500

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies for each rate plan will be upheld by Petit Soleil. There are no exceptions that can be made if a reservation is cancelled outside of the cancellation window.

Incidental Hold Policy

A valid credit card is required at check-in. An incidental hold of $200 will be placed on your credit card at check-in and released upon check-out. Failure to provide a chargeable credit card will lead to the forfeit of your room
reservation.

Occupancy Policy

Rooms with two beds have a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Rooms with a single bed have a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. A guest count of more than 2 guests per room will incur a charge of $40 per guest, per night. The final occupancy of your room must be declared at check in. Failure to declare the actual occupancy of your reservation may result in additional fees added onto your reservation.

Check in Policy

Check in begins at 3pm each day. Early check in is available based on availability and will be assessed on the day of check in. A valid photo ID matching the first and last name on the room reservation must be presented at check in.

Room Amenities

Each guest room is equipped with a mini bar, stocked with beverages and snack items available in your room for your convenience. Items removed from the mini bar will be added to your room bill at the end of your stay. Usage of the mini bar refrigerator for personal items such as food, medication and other drinks is prohibited. Alcoholic beverages may be removed by request and will be removed if guests are not 21+.
