Meet our new Manager, Cole.

Petit Soleil happily welcomes Cole Shipley as our newest manager!Cole began working here at the Inn about three years ago as a recent implant into the nutrition department at Cal Poly. "I developed a new-found love of food and a healthy lifestyle back then. So, I wanted to live out this passion in a job during school. Petit was the perfect fit! I got to bake, serve wine, and talk to people!" Accompanying her love of food and conversation, Cole stumbled upon another new love...Steve! Early in August, Cole and Steve got married at the Dana Powers House in Nipomo, about 25 mi south of SLO. Steve is also a Cal Poly grad and is currently a manager at a surf shop in Pismo Beach. "I'm just enjoying life right now. I have a really fun job, married to my best friend, and I live in SLO. No worries! It doesn't get any better than this!" You can find Cole serving up the daily specials to Petit patrons in the mornings. She's the one running around with a cup of coffee in her hand.
